When we have had claims, needed to resolve a billing question from the “home office,” or just needed a question answered, they knew what to do and quickly took care of them. Most recently, Megan on the phone with the home office and got a $99 bill removed. The bill was incorrectly sent due to a misunderstanding about when our Drive Safe discount should have started. She fixed quickly. They really take care of their customers."

"TL:DR if you want someone who will gasslight you about high costs and not apply discounts, david is your guy. Spoke with David and was not impressed. He had to ask 3 times what I wanted to do in the first 3 minutes. Got the quote to add a car and asked why my policy for my old Honda had almost doubled. He devolved into a ton of insurance gargon that didn't hold up against simple questions. Like how my insurance rose from moving from a highly populated area to a lower populated area. Found insurance at allstate, same coverage, and $500 less every 6 months. When I called to cancel, David magically found discounts that were not applied. When I told him he had that chance the other day, he said fine and then hung up."
